I think it is criminal for them to have an expiration date. The funds should be available until the last survivor dies, then the money should be spent on other programs. At the moment only aroun a quarter to a third is given to Holocaust survivors.

Well...if the money runs out maybe they can just have their little kids smear mud on their faces and hands and go beg people in restaurants for change!
