Exhibit A:

"The Pope Has No Vestments (Atheists Slam JPII)"******

********Note the parenthetical "comment" after the proper name of the article.

Comprehensive reading indicates our newbie is likely a real conservative who simply posted an article that got his goat so others can see what made him barf. IOW, there's really little evidence he is some "troll".

I'll also state that this site is not very user-friendly - at all. It's very hard to follow and figure out how to do/use things. I'm not surprised a zealous newb started a thread w/o realizing all he'd have to input into it.

P.S.: This wasn't directed at you, just you were the last of several accusing "Dave" of being a mere troll, so I used yours to launch. My post wasn't offensive. No need to get smart w/me.

"No, but anyone who registers on the same day they post an anti-Catholic screed should be regarded with suspicion."

See my last post. You missed the *full* title of the *thread*. Save the suspicion for your mind only until the evidence is all in. Don't publicly spew over every newb; more innocents exist than guilty, and you're just driving away the latter.

Hhhmmm, well, they should let us know somehow, shouldn't they? That's poor if that's the case.

I posted to this thread once, to you, only to point out the poster should be regarded with suspicion and why.

The rest of what you wrote might have to do with others, but certainly has nothing to do with me spewing all over a newbie.

Your position is indefensible, because most diatribes of this nature are posted by trolls. Okay, so this is a newbie. Maybe most newbies are innocent until proven guilty, however, when you couple a newbie with this kind of posting, most of the time this is a troll.

However, I did not call this person any names, rather, I said they should be regarded with suspicion.

It's a far stretch to say that every liberal is in league with Satan, and that they all hate him.

I never said that ALL liberals are in league with Satan. But all who clamor for the Church to adapt the ideas espoused in this article are.

That was a generic comment, since I see this "spewing" all the time. Not directed at you.

Over and over, the Pope has mercilesslyfully condemned legal abortion, the legalized slaughter of innocent people.

Truly disgusting that these folks have a problem with that.

The folks who wrote this awful diatribe are, in my humble view, badly in need of the grace that John Paul II so marvelouslty exemplified in his life.

Love is always much stronger than hate.

Hatred consumes the hater......these folks will be consumed by their own corrosive hatred.

Year after tiresome year since 1978, the Pope has told women that men only are made in the image of Christ and women were made to be breeders.
Lines like this totally discredit FFRF. Thanks for posting!

"Since, according to the atheists, the universe boils down to matter in motion, what do "good" and "evil" refer to?"

You nailed it! If these guys are really atheists, then why do they even give a d**n?

For someone who is truly atheistic then concepts such as good and bad, right and wrong, are meaningless conventions and taboos which bind man in his worm-like state - keeping him from ascending to the heights of superman, unshackled by any residual hangovers of belief in God.
