She has to be transgendered in the sense that she was at least 'living'/'pretending' to be MALE when she was still biologically (genitals) female. Thus, she may not be practicing homosexuality in her mindset while any physical acts would be homosexual if you consider nothing about her mental state. Given the ages of her dates, however, she seems to be a pedophile. HOWEVER... They're evaluating her probably because she pretended to be only 12 when she's a chronologically legal adult. Perhaps her mental capacity is less.
It's a twisted and tangled case. It was bound to happen with how things are these days. Now... how did she manage to introduce her 'twin'? That's a real puzzle!
