He is the author of 'Unfounded Loyality' which argues using historical facts that Blacks need to rethink their loyality to the Democrat Party.

Rev. Perryman requested that the court order the Democratic Party to apologize for their racist past and the harm the party caused to African Americans. He also requested funds to produce a series of educational films depicting the true relationship between blacks and the two political parties. Both an apology and funds for educational purposes are allowed under the 1988 Civil Liberties Act.

The case was dismissed. There's nothing to appeal.

I'm confused. Where did you read that?

The Dems conceded the facts but did so with the exception that the Rev. did not personally suffer so was due nothing. They did this in an attempt to get the case dismissed. So, they probably only admitted to complicity assuming they'd get the case dismissed. The Rev. argued that the case should not be dismissed and won this point.

Unless I'm misreading, he won this case (that's why they're celebrating and why this case becomes a part of judicial precedence) and it wasn't dismissed.
