This is truly uplifting news. The demorats in Washington State are going crazy with their laws as Gregoire signs them all. If Rossi does get a chance in a revote and wins I would hope that all the legislation that has taken place since Gregoire sat on the throne, will be disallowed.

Unfortunately, we're stuck with them until the next legislative session or we'll have to run citizen's initiatives. All Rossi will be able to do is change agency staff, that'll be a great start, the voters will clean house next cycle because of the RAT's insatiable lust for tax & regulation increases.

Judge Bridges has ruled that a revote for governor would violate the state constitution. Relief in this case would consist of voiding the election, declaring the governorship vacant and putting the governorship on the fall general election ballot.

Regrettably, Gregoire's signature on bills stands. She was "legitimately" elected under the law and took the oath of office as governor, so under the law she is the legitimate governor -- until the court says otherwise.
