So much for their alleged outrage of DeLay. Not to mention, they want to provide cover for Baghdad McDermott.

I guess this is their way of keeping the ethics charge open so they can continue to claim there's an ethics violation. After all, it's the seriousness of the charge that counts, not the facts.

Majority Leader Tom DeLay under a cloud of ethics accusations
Which is precisely where these repulsive people WANT DeLay to be.
In life, there are slugs, vermin and slimey stuff under moss covered rocks. Today's crop of Dems are lower than the slimey stuff under moss covered rocks - they are the residue left behind by all of these things.

Congressman Barney Frank was on TV trying to spread propaganda about Congressman DeLay. Say what you will about Frank, but he is intelligent and savvy.
But, even he could not sustain a credible argument during the interview. He stammered and was clearly frustrated when Congressman Dana Raschbacher introduced facts regarding the Democrats blocking of due process in the ethics committee.
Even with the MSM at full throttle against DeLay, this ship is sputtering. The Democrats look like they have another empty gun in their hand that couldn't hit the broad side of a barn.

A spokesman for House Speaker J. Dennis Hastert said the new rules were crucial to bringing bipartisanship to the ethics committee.
So, how's that "bi-partisan" thing working so far?

So, how's that "bi-partisan" thing working so far? It's a crock. They need to get down to brass tacks and get the job done for their constituents.

We need to find out how many Dems have family and friends on the payroll....Listen to Rush...he exposed quite a few as you can well imagine. The only difference is in Delay's case they are allegations whereas in the dim's case they are know facts.

Rep. Bernard Sanders (SOCIALIST)
According to records filed with the Federal Election Commission, his wife, Jane O'Meara Sanders received $91,020 from his campaign for consultation and negotiating the purchase of advertising time, from 2002 to 2004. About two-thirds of that money was used to pay media outlets, O'Meara Sanders said. Her daughter, Carina Driscoll, was paid $65,002 in wages over the same time period. She served as her stepfather's campaign manager in 2000, fund-raiser and office manager in 2003 and his database manager last year.
