There is talk of naming the new gym at Kelseyville High, eight miles from Lakeport, in her name. Also, people are trying to get the City and County to make a memorial to her. I will fight these efforts with every means possible. Our memory of her should fade as fast as possible!

On Saturday, the 28-year-old activist........killed by a suicide bomber near the Baghdad airport. Welcome to reality. She was killed by people who's only objective is to kill as many innocent people as possible in order to cause chaos, run the US out of the country, and then take over and reinstitute a regime like Saddam Husseins. Funny, she never seemed to pressure them to stop what they were doing. It was always about the US Military.

Good luck, but even if it goes through, who will remember in 5 years? 10? Who will ask?
Soon, the next group of students will think it was just another faceless teacher.
