They're not wrong. The daVinci Code really is a horrible piece of garbage. I like thrillers well enough, but the ghastly line quoted in the article--"Everyone in the reception area gaped in wonder," etc., really is typical. Leaving out the question about Mary Magdalene wedding Jesus and having his babies, the plot is stupid and the characters devoid of discernable personality. Gaaaaaah!

I read it; liked it. Seems to me that lots of others have some sort of agenda in trying in an almost desperate way to tell people how bad they think the book is.
But that has nothing to do with these two losers, who admit they only dislike the book because it sold more than theirs. Arrogant elitists, the both of 'em.
