Bush won't even acknowledge that the Clintonistas removed the W's from the White House computer keyboards. Clinton's crimes are legion and Bush pretends that the Stainmaker was just an ordinary predecessor President. Bush even honors him.

Because in order to get traction in conservtive circles, she's gotta stop making references that the coverup continues with President Bush. Believe me, as time goes by, she will. Otherwise, she will be viewed as a kook. She has to somehow keep all the stuff pinned on Clinton.
