It would make better sense to have standard time all the time. I hate daylight savings time. I'm NOT a morning person and your proposal to "spring forward" in February would mean getting up in darkness more months. ARGHHH...!!
I think this legislation is insane. Couldn't Congress be working on matters of importance?

It is hell if you are in agriculture. You either have to rewrite all the schedules or have people hanging around doing nothing as the cows don't care about the stupid clock.
I agree with you, especially since I just acquired a 73" HD projection TV. Once it gets really dark out I can turn off the lights and really enjoy movies, just like being i my own private theater. Any more DST will just foul up my viewing.
If you're not a morning person, then why care if it's still dark in the morning? I get up at 8-9am so I could care less if it's still dark at 6am or 7am. I'm an evening person and like to take my boat out on the Lake and watch the sunset, and then do some fishing. Also, the trap/skeet range is "open until sundown."
