Our Founding Fathers would not have been opposed to tarring and feathering people like this!

Our Founding Fathers would call us COWARDS and TRAITORS for letting this go on.And they would recognize that the Senate GOP is COMPROMISED.

Perhaps. But our Founding Fathers did not face an enemy with the subversive skills of modern Communism (now also transferred to a non-Communist Russian regime via being ruled by the KGB.) No one ever faced such an enemy. Modern Communists are the most subversive people in history.
Not trying to diminish the greatness of the Founding Fathers. They faced other great challenges and overcame them.
But the nature of our enemy makes American patriots look weaker than they are. They fight on more fronts and on more levels than any group of people in history.
