Under the terms of his contract, they probably can't just fire him on the spot. On the other hand, any hearing is going to be pretty much a pro forma affair - he's going to be fired, no two ways about it.

The question should be, why did this 6th grade boy say nothing to anyone about this ? As bad as this scumbag's actions are, you have to ask, why did the boy not complain or the parent(s) notice the boy coming home later than most kids ? Was this kid so badly intmidated or brainwashed that he just put up with it ?
