Ok- news conf on FOX now...weird...there's a fence around the pond. Unlikely they both fell in. And wouldn't mom have been hollering and lookin all over the neighborhood..including the pond, the road to the pond?

There was mention on the fox website that there were holes in the fence large enough for the children to have gotten through. Please lets wait for more facts before we start pointing fingers. This is a terrible tragedy no doubt but it may be only that, a tragedy.
