I don't know if they were punished or not. Nothing ever appeared in the news after the obituary. It was rental property and the couple moved out about the same time the funeral was held.
I heard on news last night family services has been to house once a week for three years very poor parenting skills-obviously with 2 and 3 yr olds wandering off and left alone for 15-20 min. first report to police mom said kids left less than 5 min-then she gave another report it was 15 min - the husband said 20 min so there were lots of different times and my question is why weren't the kids taken away if Family Services had to go there once a week???!!! I heard dad talk and he doesn't sound too sharp! A real tragedy for sure and I hope they make them both get sterilized. They don't deserve kids!
