Seven arrested in voter fraud investigation in Concordia Parish

VIDELIA, La. Seven persons have been arrested in Concordia Parish on state charges related to alleged voter fraud into last April's mayor's election in Ferriday.
Affidavits filed in support of arrest warrants list 27 counts ranging from conspiracy to filing of false records and forgery.
Among those charged was Justin Conner, a Concordia Parish Justice of the Peace and administrative assistant to Mayor Gene Allen who won the election at issue by a slim margin. Conner was charged with seven counts of criminal conspiracy, filing or keeping false records and a principal to forgery.

there are probably no Republicans in Concordia Parish. Incidentally, Ferriday is where Mickey Gilley, Jimmy Swaggart and Jerry Lee Lewis (aka the Killer) are from. They just happen to all be related (cousins).
