No need for a masectomy? God be praised Laura Ingraham is free of cancer! This comes as wonderful news to her, her fiance, family and friends. Miracles do happen and it turned out God answered a lot of people's prayers.

No need for a masectomy? (sic)

What good news. Although it seemed yesterday some folks on here were acting like it should have been done automatically. Strange how easy that is when it's not their body being altered.

I had testicular cancer in 1997. Although I had the surgery then, it took 5 years of CT scans, blood tests, and chest/abdoment x-rays to be declared "free of cancer."

While it's likely it hasn't spread, it may take more time for her to be medically declared "cancer-free."
