That's a great description. ;-)
I don't watch either of them on a regular basis, but certainly Diane Sawyer is easier to take.
The earrings that look like they should be with a long black gown.
The watch that looks like it should be worn with a tennis outfit.
The furry green/yellow thing around her neck - is it a collar, a boa, an oversized muff, what? Just looks like something from Grandma's attic trunk that faded.
And that dress - reminds me of the old polished cotton prints of the late 50's that you could find in the material/notions section of W.T. Grants five and dime. When everyone was going ga-ga over "abstract art!"
Plus....what is that pudgieness in the front? Mid-section buldge, or is that her breasts? LOL She looks like a cartoon character. And her smile...she looks like she is holding acorns in her mouth like a chipmunk
And, is she balding...her hair seems thinner, especially in the front it seems to be receeding.
Am I being overly critical? Oh well, nothing better to do today. Slow news day.
awesome post!
...and a favorite consultant...
An understatement. Compare the youthful Queen of Perkiness with more recent photos below.
I will never forget watching Couric interview the children of Elizabeth Smart's kidnappers ( I think that's who their father was), asking them on camera if they had ever been molested by their father. I emailed the station and asked them to put Couric's kids on the show and ask them the same question.
You said ," I think her popularity went down as soon as she went blonde."
I don't think blonde had anything to do with it. Her popularity when down because people see her for the flighty, nasty, liberal idiot that she is. Staying brunette wouldn't have made her any more bearable.
I think you taking my post more serious than I did....LOL.
