Federal officials are reviewing a skit broadcast on the liberal Air America network that featured an apparent gunshot warning to President Bush.
The audio production came during the opening minutes of a href="http://www.therandirhodesshow.com/randirhodes/index.php">"The Randi Rhodes show Monday night, according to the Drudge Report.
The announcer said: "A spoiled child is telling us our Social Security isn't safe anymore, so he is going to fix it for us. Well, here's your answer, you ungrateful whelp: [audio sound of four gunshots being fired.] Just try it, you little bastard. [audio of gun being cocked]."
"What is with all the killing?" Rhodes said, laughing, after the clip aired.
But a government source told Drudge, "Even joking about shooting the president is a crime, let alone doing it on national radio ... we are taking this very seriously."
Reminds me of the cafe press "Kill Bush" t-shirts a few days ago.

I think they're indicative of the feeling these Democrats have for the President. I have never seen this level of hatred for any President and that includes Bill Clinton.

Not really. The Left never learns. That is because, from THEIR point of view, they CANNOT be taught. Thay are NEVER wrong about ANYTHING. Since they cannot be humbled they are dangerous. They WILL start shooting eventually because they are our moral superior and they are outraged. It's that simple.

Thanks for the post I hadn't seen it. In fact I lost it, then had to scroll down the page to find it again. I don't get the folks that snipe at others for repeat posts or spelling or paragraphs. I guess I'll always just be a lurker never a righteous Freeper. But the serious News/Activism posts like this one I still find to be with out equal anywhere.

They remind me of errant children, doing increasingly outrageous things, in an effort to get attention.
It's such an awful station that no one really listens to it. Still, it would be nice if such lawbreakers were prosecuted once in awhile.
