To: Army Air Corps
Heavy Trash, a coalition of "anonymous" architects, designers and urban planners, erected the bright orange, 12-foot viewing platforms outside the gates of three upscale Los Angeles neighborhoods.

Sounds like a group of liberal arts students who never made it on the starving artists tour and found that their degree was useless. Had to get real jobs and then do this "Anonymously" so their friends don't find out they stooped so low as to work to pay the bills.

ROFLMAO! Methinks that ye hit ye olde nail on yon head! They decry the desire for privacy that the homeowners harbour, yet, the "rebels" think that privacy for them is okay. If they think that privacy is anti-democratic, then these "anonymous" punks should take a lesson from their own book.
