The Red, Yellow, Green designation has been waiting in the wings for over thirty years to be implemented after the desired disaster has been executed to create the desired level of crisis in our land. Wonder what that was ?? I hesitate to even mention these things for fear of being looked at like a crack pot, but no body will be laughing once these things begin to happen.
