Judge Matsch, of the Denver court, alluded to this during sentencing - he basically asked "if you would tell us who else helped you I could give you a lighter sentence". Showed that he himself did not buy the prosecution's theory of the case.

Most people who have followed this story and certainly the legal folks involved, including that judge, know that there were too many eye witnesses who came forward right after the blast to discount their stories.

Clinton was ever so glad to stop the third terrorist aspect in the bud...it would have meant he'd have to actually DO something!

I have believed this for years. I also believe McVeigh was protecting his family. McVeigh and Nichols were guilty but no way did they act alone. This latest thing seems designed to lead suspicion away from the very people revealed in the Jenna Davis book. How very convenient coming so soon after the Calif. politician's statement read into the Congressional Record. Someone thinks we're all extremely stupid.

"Moore provided McVeigh with the binary explosives known as KINE-STIK (aka-KINE-PAK) which consist of 2 components ground ammonium nitrate and nitromethane and is approx. the size of a stick of dynamite."

Far out, apparently it was lot more than a simple "fertilizer bomb".

Ramzi Yousef showed Nichols how to make the bomb. Yousef is the most experienced bomber the FBI ever investigated.

This case makes one wonder about the veracity of the F.B.I.

The utterly predictable response, via AP, this afternoon...

An FBI spokesman in Kansas City, Mo., Jeff Lanza, said Wednesday that material found at the home, which he would not identify, was being examined for fingerprints and other evidence. He said there is no indication this material came from Moore and Nichols' letter would not lead to a new investigation.

``We believe the information that came out of the original investigation and we stand by the results of that investigation,'' Lanza said.

Doug, read JohnBerger's post to this thread regarding the investigation.

John, No new investigation? You were right a few weeks ago. I think I give up.

Thank you for the ping, John. And for all your hard work on this in the past. I've never been as angry at our government as I am right this moment. All of this is changing how I view the Republican leadership and certainly the FBI in ways they never intended.

It's certainly a perfect screen name. She'll need luck getting through to the knuckleheads in Congress.

Well, with this development, Dana Rohrabacher probably has enough political cover now to launch his probe at this point. We'll see.....

Nichols is scared to death for the safety of his family to reveal the whole truth.

yet he wasnt scared enough to committ a disgusting crime like blowing up a FBI building?

Thank God for people like Jayna. I plan on getting her book, sounds fascinating. I can only imagine the frustration she feels, knowing the truth, and those in power, ignoring her. I pray for her peace of mind. Have you spoken to her lately? Did she expect to see more progress in accepting her conclusions?
