Unfortunately it happens all too often. In the 1980s there was an Amenian terrorist group in Canada that targeted Turkish diplomatic missions. In an attack on the Turkish embassy in Ottawa they murdered a Canadian guard.

Not sure if that was a rhetorical question. UNMOVIC was the weapons inspectors. The linked article above notes that Eric was involved with image analysis . . . and isn't happy with US and UK policy in Iraq.
A good peace protestor I suppose. Probably took bomb (not bong, though they probably did that too) making seminars in the park with the other fruitcases carrying Bush=Hitler signs.
I TRY to pass comments like that one by for fear of appearing GLEEFUL during tragedies, but, boy, I'd come wherever you are and we could dance in the streets if that happens!
