My college bound daughter jokingly (maybe only half so) told me that she should leave this country and re-enter illegally at an illegal entry point. Then she could apply for special financial assistance for college.

My husband just brought up a good point. How do we know that there weren't people, under cover, from the federal government there? I believe he's dreaming but I suppose he could be right.
