I just called the Montgomery County Police Department, I was told that there is an "INTERNAL INVESTIGATION" regarding this incident, and they will not make any public comments about it.
PLEASE CALL MR. ERIC BURNETT, (240) 773-5030, he is in charge of Media Relations, I could only get his voicemail.... I want to know if the CHIEF ordered Mr. Graham to be DETAINED. They will not answer that question, and I think that is the CRITICAL question here.
If you can't get through on the direct line call 301-279-8000 and ask to be transfered.

I don't believe for one minute that an internal investigation is going on. This is just the excuse they are going to use so they don't have to answer any questions.

I hope the WMAL listeners, and the Sean Hannity viewers (tonight's show will feature this story, with Michael Graham as guest) will pressure the daylights out of all the idiots responsible for this incident, and cause heads to roll and rules to be changed regarding a) government funding of illegal-supporting groups, and force Ana Sol Gutierrez and other politicians involved in supporting this event to publicly apologize (and resign?), and really shame MoCo PD leadership to do what we pay them to do. Uphold the constitution, fer cryin' out loud. An American citizen's civil rights were openly violated, in the presence of MoCo PD (and, dare I say, by MoCo PD), by a group that supports violation of US laws.
