Certainly nothing wrong with burgers from time to time. Based on experience over the past twenty plus years I'd go for the Coleman Meats or Maverick Ranch when it comes to beef products. If I'm not mistaken Maverick Ranch is the official beef supplier of the USA Olympic training centers.
