Allen is good for sure. What do you think about an Allen/ Romney ticket in 2008? Assuming Romney comes out strong on the social issues likes guns and abortion. We already know he has done a good job on the gay marriage issue.
Not Rommney.
"I just spent 4 days with people from the State Department..... and they... Bolton is not the man... hes not the kind of guy we want representing us at the UN." -- Voinovich 5-12-05 @ 11:06 EST
My sound is jumping all over today. From what filters through McVoinovich is being his newfound Maverick self.
McVoinovich? You are nothing but a grandstanding opportunists that would cut off your constituents' wishes and the best interests of this country for praise in the NYT's. Ohio voters should remember this 6 years from this point.
Still waiting to see if at the end of the hot air he votes to pass him out of committee.
I think it is better to stay away from Massachusetts altogether. How about Allen/Coleman? Two senators though... I hate to lose senate seats, and senators don't win, although Allen is in a position to buck that trend with the governorship in his back pocket.
We'll just have to see how it goes. I certainly don't see many strong names positioning themselves. Frisk is incredibly weak, and if he thinks he's going to get any traction well... well I doubt he gets past the fund raising stage. Unless he rams these judges through. If he doesn't, it's over for him, so I would think he'd be a little more enthusiastic about the battle.
