I'm not really sure why the judge and prosecutor have decided to insulate Hillary. One thought, from the prosecutor's perspective, is that his job is to focus on and nail Rosen. If Hillary is really the ultimate target, if they can convince Rosen that he going to prison, maybe Rosen will finally cut a deal.
Hope so, but I just don't see how this case CAN be tried without implicating Hillary somehow---after all it was HER campaign that was involved, not Bills...
If Rosen, Peter Paul and the other guy go down, and Hillary never even has to answer any questions under oath, or is implicated in ANY way---then there is no way this isn't "fixed"...by Clinton appointed judges, and perhaps some handy-dandy FBI files or something that the Clintons have...
