OK, I just stumbled over this on a blog (address posted below)--

Hillary's Lawyer David Kendall has appealed the Superior Court's denial of her Motion to Dismiss under California's Anti-Slapp Rule, to the Appellate Court of California.

http://mensnewsdaily.com/blog/malven/2005/05/hillary-felon-does-hillary-have.html

Apparently, Kendall is claiming, if I understand SLAPPs (Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation) correctly, that Peter Paul
is really suing Hillary for participating in the public policy process or for exercising her 1st Amendment Rights. In effect, Hillary's mouthpiece has been claiming that Peter Paul's suit is without merit and should be tossed due to California's anti-SLAPP. legislation.

Know anything about this Appeal?

Peter is suing several people for business fraud, among other things. He was induced to spend almost two million of his own dollars for a business relationship with a soon to be former president.

David BLAH BLAH BLAH Kendall is trying to argue that the First Amendment protects her from being held liable for committing business frauds in order to funder her election to the U.S. Senate. It is ludicrous, and Peter doesn't think it will last too much longer.

The case against the impeached one is moving forward. Even the California Supreme Court has said it has merit.
