Navy Vietnam Combat Vet, 21 Years of active service, retired CPO.Spent time in the Rung Sat region, before their were River Rats, 8/66. I sure do respect those River Rats!

I served 4 years (1954-1958)in the USN, aboard the USS Jarvis, DD 799, for three of them.I barely qualified as a Korean War Vet...

AMD and I have three sons serving. It may not count as serving but we would both rather be in harms way than have family in harms way. It would be easy to be a dove so being called a Chicken Hawk is lame at best.</p>
