Ukraine intends to join to the Group of State against the Corruption. The President of Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko said about it, coming out on the plenary session of the 3rd Summit of EC-Council heads of states and governments.
According to his words, the new Ukrainian power declared the war against the corruption and wishes to win by all means including the legal mechanisms created by the Council of Europe, reported "UNIAN."
As used here, mentioned Yushchenko, Ukraine ratified the Civil Convention against the Corruption and is going to join the Group of the States against the Corruption.
He also pointed to the fact that Ukraine considers the European Court to be the effective mechanism of protection of human rights and advocates the further increase of its role.
The head of Ukrainian state mentioned, that in the nearest future Ukraine is going to ratify the 14th Protocol of the European Convection of Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms. "It is going without saying, that Ukraine will meet its obligations, which were shouldered under the joining the Council of Europe," added Yushchenko
How absolutely progressive of Yushchenko.
ping for Yushchenko and the European Court, so progressive.
Russia Signs World Criminal Court Treaty
**Russia signs International Criminal Court treaty!!!**
Yushchenko must want to be as progressive as Putin.
Fine, I think it's a stupid move signing that treaty, what's your point again? You seem to be under the delusional impression I support everything Putin does, I don't. But your hatred has burned through you so much you're blind to everything else.
When you show me the leaders of SRS, Communists, Socialists, Yablaka getting arrested, when you show me threats against all privatized businesses and when you show me the Russian government setting market prices for everything from oil to milk, then you'll have room to talk. But that's what your boy's government is already guilty of in 4 months. Can't wait to see what they're upto in 1 year.
I wouldn't cry if communists and oligarchs were arrested. I would be happy. We're talking about your double standards and hypocrisy. For example you called Yushchenko a nazi when Timoshenko suggested incorrectly that the Steel mill might be nationalized, so does that make Putin a nazi too for nationalizing Yugankneftegaz?
Nope, nothing incorrect about it. It's in court right now and the being taken to the European Court.
If it isn't resold, then the question remains how would it be any different than Putin's nationalization of Yuganskneftegas.
