Interesting post. The event sounds like an anti-ID rally held by militant Hispanics recently in a Maryland suburb of Wash, DC.
What was the event and where is Baldwin Park?
I see the text mentions possible televising in Santa Barbara so I'm assuming that Baldwin Park is somewhere in or near SB. Is that right?
Obviously many in attendence were Hispanic militants and the report mentioned one group, Mecha/Aztlan. Was that group the sole sponsor? Did some non-Hispanic leftist groups co-sponsor? Was there a specific reason for the event such as opposing some bill in the legislature?
Why not agree to give LA back? These folks are doing us a favor.

S.B. used to be known as "Reagan Country" once upon a time. Gorgeous little conservative, upscale, seaside town, at least once upon a time it used to be.
Probably much more liberal now than 20-30 years ago.
