I think he was diagnosed with Leukemia.. That's chemotherapy my friend.

Spectre is undergoing Chemo.

When I saw Specter last week or the week before, he had lost most of his hair from the chemo trmnts. Guess he just decided to shave the rest off instead of having the wispy look.
