It depends from which side you're listening to Spectre. He's dancing down the middle of the road so far IMHO.

Disagree. I'm not listening to a pessimist or optimist opinion of his statements. I am stating what I see. What I see is Spectre prefering not to do this vote, but making the historical case as to how we got here.
