Latinos are the largest ethnic group in Los Angeles, making up 47 percent of the city's 3.7 million population. Whites make up 30 percent, Die hard liberals, in this case the editors of Reuters, will never give up on their drive to minoritize "Latinos" who are, by definition, white.
