Heck, American citizens don't even have a "right to an education"

I'm trying to educate you not Arnold. Article 9 of the California State Constitution, read it. Californians have had a right to an education since 1849.

Even in 1849, that would include the children of illegals if the children were born in the US.

I don't know what you are trying to read ino this but when it says Californians having a right to an education it's talking about legal residents not fence crawlers.

Maybe you should read it.
No where does it say that everyone who lives in CA has a "right" to an education.
It does say,
"the Legislature shall encourage by all suitable means the promotion of intellectual, scientific, moral, and agricultural improvement."
Otherwise every uneducated person in CA could sue the state for being uneducated and/or lacking in scientific, moral or agricultural improvement! LOL
