I hope those children are found alive and unharmed. Their poor mother... At least their father can raise them if they are ok. I have been praying about these kids.

Capt Wolfinger, Kootenai City Sheriff dept. is speaking. He said Lutner voluntarily took a lie detector test and passed. They feel he had nothing to do with the disappearance of the children.

Yesterday, Nancy Grace on MSNBC...I think...was speculating that the murders were drug related. She had to apologize when the police chief said he'd seen no sign of drugs, paraphernalia, etc.. They didn't think this had to do with the sale of drugs or money owed because of a drug habit. This is monstrous, whatever the cause.
That is a pretty dumb thing to say. Lie detectors are worthless. They basically reflect the opinion of the guy who's administering it.
What's happening? Have they been found?
Autopsies on the deaths are being done. Evidence cannot be released at this time.
Questions: Did Lutner indicate anything unusual happening at gathering Sunday (?) nite. Answer: No
Q: Why did LUtner take so long to turn himself in? A: He had a parole violation.
No one else of interest. Lutner is no longer a person of interest. Everyone else who was at the house for the gathering is "of interest."
Something about a tip coming from Key West Florida. Psychics, others, etc. That is why they now have an FBI analyst working to sort out things.
Q: Turn around time, how long? A: minimum 72 hrs.
Cpt. said they are looking at anything, nothing is being ruled out.
Q: Why would killer kill some and leave some alive? A: Great question, don't know.
Q: Why can't you release the cause of death? A: To eliminate crank phone confessions, etc.
Q: What was gathering? A: Just a regular outdoor cook out type gathering. Trying to figure out who was there legitimately, and who might be involved in the crime.
No obvious signs of forced entry or anything. Children were seen alive Sunday evening, confirmed by Lutner.
Sheriff is bringing in more searchers just to be sure they did not miss one little clue. Q: What about the children's father? A: He is talking with police, great resource. He is being kept advised.
Q: Did LUtner identify anyone else at gathering? A: No
Q: What specifically are you looking for? A: Anything, scrap of clothing, anything. Our goal is to find the children. That is our ultimate goal.
Q: What area are they looking at...how far will they go? A: Whole area, quite a quagmire, lots of brush, etc. Grid searches, circular pattern will be done.
He will give notice when dive team gets there to search pond.

I didn't hear one, nor a reason he was on parole. But I was trying to watch/listen and type. If it was said maybe someone else heard something.
Agreed. But the missing children are a puzzle.
