actually the switch from cane sugar to corn sweetner has had a huge effect also, the body reacts totaly different to it and stores it almost immediatly.
yes, you're right there....5/8 226 lbs. Heart rate and blood pressure awfully good then! Walking upstairs carrying tile must be a good cardio workout.
And corn syrup also seems to be in almost everything.
Another ingredient that is interesting is the flavor inhancer yeast extract. It is possible to create glutamic acid from it which is similiar to MSG. This is another food modifier found in almost everything that is packaged.
