Instead, he is willing to throw it away on a whim to change the name of a building. A basic tenet of conservatism is that one is free to do with their own money anything one wants too. Also, I'm sure the UDC could offer to change the name if the doctor contributed to scholarship instead of giving the money to UDC. Your spin does not cycle well.
