German nationalists go to Poland to save

Big News Network Thursday 19th May, 2005 (UPI)

One of Germany's most right-wing parties has been caught with its newspapers crossing the border from their Polish printer.

Deutsche Welle reports that police came across two Polish trucks loaded with copies of German Voice, the German National Democratic Party's newspaper.

This discovery came at an embarrassing time, since its members of parliament in Saxony had adopted the slogan Closed Borders for Wage Dumping and called on other members of the provincial assembly to pass a resolution against moving jobs outside the country.

Holgeir Apfel, the party's leader in Saxony, told Der Spiegel magazine that no printer wants to have us. Deutsche Welle suggested that the NPD could always take a printer to court for refusing its business.
