The bill proposes that 18 programmes should no longer be paid from the general budget but attract funding from individual countries or collapse for lack of support.

Perfect. Then those countries who believe the programs are good can pay for them. It sounds like a very effective solution to me and shouldn't bother anyone.

Shove the UN out of the US.Have it's headquarters in Iceland for example. Then lets see who shows up to do work and who was really there for the hot NYC night life..Bet the place is empty half the time.I'm a musician in NYC . I see those elitist bastards all the time at the most expensive clubs , all with blonds , pissing away money like there is no tomorrow .Next day they have on their sheets and whine about Allah and the Koran ..

"It's Sunday, and I am in angst."

I wish I were there, however my lawn in Minnesota needs to be cut so travel is out of the question fro me. ; )

Hummm...I needed that! At least you are cultivating your garden. I was wasting positive energy on RANT in Angst!

Today, in respectful memory for this Memorial Day, I will cultivate my garden.

Best wishes to EGPWS, from Purpleland
