What, in your opinion, is a good place to set up a free website? I intend to post all businesses owned and operated by known Islamic fundamentalists so that, like you suggest, informed folk can boycott them.)

I sure wish I knew. Unfortunately, I'm just not that well versed re the internet, but I assume other FR'ers are so maybe they will help.
