I saw where the SCOTUS ruled that it is unconstitutional for a murder suspect to be shackled in the courtroom.

Guess we need to borrow from the international scene and use the cages like the Russians are using for one of the Beslan murderers on trial.

LOL, I love it. Think of the message that would send. Think of the lefties going ballistic all over the place. Lots of upside to this idea.
