"introduce" daughters
to sex at early ages.
"Eugenics" never
seems to apply to
the evil people with big
estates, who retain
their family lawyers
by the year rather than case.
(And they need it most!)
Capital punishment is a form of eugenics. You don't need to codify reproduction. Just make such a crime a capital one.
