Those following the proceedings during the past year of the Senate Select Committee on POW and MIA Affairs have been mystified by the rabid actions of the one man on the committee who should be grateful that for the nearly three decades there have been activists in America who have refused to let die the issue of the fate of Americans lost and missing in Southeast Asia from the Vietnam War.
I am speaking of course of Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.). None of the Senators on the Select Committee have been as vicious in their attacks on POW/MIA family members and activists than the man behind the mask of war hero, former POW, and patriotic United States Senator . . .

Likely for the same reason that he has asked the Viets to NOT release all of the documents (text, audio, and audio/video) he created while he was in captivity. Sort of like kerry not signing SF-180.
Pretty simple actually...big $$$'s in "fair play" for North VN. McCain stooges for Kerry in the senate hearings in which they bury the POW/MIA activists and issues and gain "normalized" relations for VN. Then Kerry is awarded a hugh multibillion real estate deal by VN, but "laundered" thru his cousins (Forbes) company. Then laundered $$$'s find their way from the Forbes/Kerry enterprise to McCain as payoff for "stooging" as bipartisan RINO in the "bury POW's" exercise.
This is not unusual for McCain. He played a similar role for klintoon in the bombing of Serbia in which he (McCain) demanded klintoon put US forces on the ground in Kosovo to drive Serb military forces out and win the land for islamofascist expansion. Served two purposes: (1) made klintoon appear moderate, and (2) earned McCain big $$$'s from the Albanian-American Friendship league (or whatver the hell they called themselves at the time), an islamofascist "front" group operating at the time out of New York city. I think they folded their tent since 911. McCain, it seems, is always willing to plant a knife in someones back in exchange for $$$'s.
McCain is damaged goods. The North Vietnamese warped his mind. He is one angry seething twisted dude. He shouldn't even be elected dog catcher.
Don't know; why would John Kerry?
If he is considered "electable" many on FR would support him and call those who wouldnt support him "perfect world conservatives".
