They try to both justify and conceal, which is what all of these people who are pro-porn are doing on this thread.

You don't have to be pro-porn to take issue with so-called "experts" who are telling people to encourage their national representatives to pass laws that are outside the Constitutional powers of the national government. Doesn't anyone on this thread remember the concept of "enumerated powers"? It's like you say "porn" and everyone's head empties.
