Well... I hope you don't hold your breath waiting for that...:-)
Many here, for the longest time, have said that Bush "is ignoring the border problem." It's worse than that. Bush is the illegal immigrants' most powerful proponent. From what I've seen and heard... he wants them here, and the more the merrier. Bush has and will work against anyone, the Minutemen and what's left of the conservative wing in his own party, and, if need be, slam anyone who speaks out against his open border policy (which he should have abandoned the day after 911).
We can discuss his motivations on all this (I have my own beliefs). But, IMHO, the fact that he wants as many of them here as possible cannot be denied.
Heck, I saw Barney Frank on the tube the other day, excusing the border situation as something that "can't be helped." He praised the illegals and postured that "nothing can be done" and "nothing drastic should be done" to stop them. Sounded just like Dubya.
Who could be more liberal than Barney Frank? GWBush is a liberal in conservative clothing...
