Mosaic Law is the foundation of Western Civilization No, it is the Law of New Testament combined with the learning of the Greeks and statecraft of the Romans which is the foundation of Western Civilization. Give me one example where the Mosaic Law took precedence before Christian doctrine. Not in the case of poligamy!

Though Jesus was a Jew, lived as a Jew, prayed as a Jew, taught prayer as a Jew (Our Father), and died as thousands of other Jews had died before him, on a Roman cross.
That the sense of him was Hellenize by Paul (though also a Jew), and carried into "gospel" form of which he was unaware doesn't alter that history from which he drew fluently in his lifetime.
Thus he also would have had some sense of Deuteronomy 4:19 and Malachi 1:11 (prior to their numerated versification of course.)
All Good....

Without Mosaic Law (the Bible) there would be no New Testament, no Greeks, no Romans...

Where are you getting your history?
Your challenge is quite easy. Do you want only one example? There are hundreds. I'll start with one of the most obvious. Beastiality. Where is it condemned in the 'New Testament'? Your Greek and Roman 'civilizations' had no such prohibitions.
