Of course I read it. They don't have to say it to imply it. The left has been ranting about the lack of Army enlistments since January with the agenda of making people think the draft has to be reinstated. Think back to the elections last year. One of their big lies was about the draft. They haven't given up on that. If they can keep the fear of that running until next year they will use it to try and swing young people to vote for a democrat legislature. IMO>
