The 1935 Dust Bowl days were not due to Global Warming nor are these droughts - these people have never really been out of the dark ages. Tribal law and Dictators have kept them in slavery; only a few will escape these bonds, no amount of money other aid will put them on equal footing with the rest of the productive world.
How come Africa seems to be the only place in the world (besides maybe North Korea) that experiences these horrible famines? I'm thinking that maybe weather doesn't have much to do with it.
