Maybe something gets lost in the translation to English...
According to Mr. Sambo, with the help of the Angolan Ministry of Health the virus has been eradicated.

Interesting that it has been "eradicated" since according to everything I've read, the reservoir for the virus has still not been unidentified. Kind of tough to eradicate when this little point is still with us.

What I found most interesting about the article is what it doesn't say.

They mention 350 deaths and 120 cases that are being followed, but notice how for the first time there is no mention of how many cases there have been confirmed to date.

The highest figure I have seen reported to date is 399 total cases in one of the earlier articles posted. I wonder if there was a big jump in the total cases, that they don't want us to know about?
